Buyer’s Agent in Southern Italy
Finding a beautiful house is only one part of the process.
Does it suit your plans? What will the whole project cost? And how do you organise the purchase and renovation when you’re buying from abroad?
I help international buyers work through those questions, bringing together property search, local knowledge and experience in design and holiday rentals.
You can come to me for an initial consultation, help finding and buying a property, or support with the project after purchase.
I generally work with buyers whose purchase and renovation budget totals at least €100,000. You’ll also need to allow for purchase costs and furnishing.

I’ll review your plans and contact you about the most appropriate next step. Applying doesn’t commit you to working with me.
02 — Book a Consultation
You don’t need a clear plan or a trip booked before we speak.
A one-to-one consultation gives us time to discuss your budget, locations, property ideas and questions. You can also bring a property you’ve already found.
I’ll help you understand what might be possible and where to focus next.
Standard consultation: 40 minutes · €90
Investor consultation: 75 minutes · €275
03 — Find your new home
I search though public listings, local agents and owners according to your search criteria, including opportunities that may not be advertised online.
My support includes finding properties, arranging viewings, speaking with agents and owners, preparing indicative purchase and renovation budgets, considering rental potential and supporting negotiations.
I can introduce you to local professionals and help coordinate the next steps. Technical surveys, legal checks, tax advice and formal permissions are handled by the appropriate qualified specialists.
My fee is 2% of the property’s purchase price, with a minimum fee of €1,000, plus 18% VAT.
04 — Design and Renovate
My work can continue after purchase through interior design, renovation planning and project coordination.
I work with the building’s materials, proportions, light and history to create a space that feels right for its setting and the people using it.
Project management for renovations is focused primarily on South-Eastern Sicily. I also consider interior design projects around the world.
