I help international buyers find and buy homes, restoration projects and investment properties in Sicily and Puglia.

My support can include finding suitable properties, arranging viewings, discussing indicative renovation costs, communicating with agents and owners, and supporting the buying process.

My fee is 2% of the property’s purchase price, with a minimum fee of €1,000, plus 18% VAT. Interior design and renovation services are quoted separately.

I work with a limited number of buyers at a time. This form helps me understand your plans and whether my service is a good fit.
