I work on the buyer's side, bringing together property search, local knowledge, renovation insight and design expertise to help you make informed decisions from the beginning.

Is Project Artemis right for you?
For a typical residential purchase and renovation, I recommend a minimum total project budget from approximately €100,000–€150,000, including the property, purchase costs and renovation.
Project Artemis may be a good fit if you:
are serious about purchasing in Sicily within the next 12 months;
are open to historic or character properties and, where appropriate, renovation;
want independent guidance rather than simply being shown properties for sale;
understand that the purchase price is only one part of the overall investment.

01 — Define Your Project
A permanent home and a summer house have very different requirements. A property intended to generate rental income needs to be evaluated differently from one you're buying purely because you love it.
Start by completing a short application, telling me about your budget, timeline, preferred locations and what you want the property to do for you.
I'll review your application and direct you towards the most appropriate next step.
02 — Start With a Consultation
For most new clients, the first step is a one-to-one Strategy Session.
This €90 consultation gives us the opportunity to discuss your project properly before you commit to a property search.
We'll look at your budget, preferred areas, intended use, renovation expectations and timeline, and I'll give you my perspective on what is realistic — including where I think you should be looking and what you may not yet have considered.
03 — Property Search & Acquisition
Once I have a clear brief, I can represent you as a buyer.
Unlike a traditional estate agent, I'm not engaged by a seller to sell you a particular property. I work for you.
My property advisory service can include searching on and beyond the major portals, identifying suitable opportunities, communicating with owners and agents, arranging viewings, evaluating properties in the context of your goals, estimating purchase and renovation costs, and supporting negotiations.
For clients travelling to Sicily, I will also curate property viewing itineraries so that your time on the island is spent seeing properties that genuinely make sense for your project.
04 — Design & Renovation
For selected projects, my work can continue through interior design, renovation planning and project management, allowing the original property strategy to carry through into the finished space.
My approach is rooted in the building itself: preserving the details that give historic properties their character while adapting them for contemporary life.
Renovation and on-site project management are currently focused primarily on projects in South-Eastern Sicily, while interior design projects are considered internationally.
05 — Hospitality & Investment
For properties intended to operate as guest accommodation, my involvement can extend beyond the renovation itself.
I work with selected investors, developers and hospitality operators to consider the property as a complete experience — from concept and positioning to spatial planning, interiors and the way guests ultimately experience the building and its destination.
