Buyer’s Agent
in Southern Italy
I help international buyers find character homes in Sicily and Puglia, understand the full budget, and plan what comes next—from renovation to rental potential.
Someone on your team to help you find the right property.
What will it cost to renovate? Does the location suit your plans? And how do you organise everything when you’re buying from abroad?
I help you look beyond the listing photos and asking price, so you can make a decision with a clearer idea of the costs, work and possibilities involved.

About Me
I’m Shalise, an interior designer and property advisor living in Modica, Sicily, where I’m also restoring my own historic home.
I’ve developed and operated holiday rentals in the Mediterranean for the better part of the last decade, and I bring that experience to helping buyers find properties, plan renovations and create places they love.
The Artemis Collection brings together character homes and restoration projects that caught my attention for their location, architecture or potential.
