Investor Strategy Session
A working session to define the foundation of a hospitality project in Italy
This session is designed for investors considering larger-scale projects — including boutique hotels, rural estates, villa developments, or retreat concepts.
The objective is not to discuss listings.
It is to define whether the project makes sense, how it should be approached, and what it requires to work.
Unlike the standard strategy session, this is a longer, more in-depth working session designed for the complexity of hospitality projects.
What we do in this session
We use this time to structure the project at a strategic level:
Investment range and capital allocation
Project scale and development approach
Location strategy (region, demand, access, seasonality)
Concept direction and positioning within the market
Operational model (boutique, experiential, higher-volume, etc.)
Early feasibility considerations, including constraints and risks
This is a focused working session, based on active market knowledge and on-the-ground project experience.
By the end of the session, you will have:
A clear direction for your project
Understanding of what is realistic within your investment range
Insight into where to focus geographically
Clarity on the type of asset and concept that makes sense
Defined next steps for moving forward
This is for you if:
You are considering a hospitality or multi-unit project in Italy
You are approaching this as a business, not a secondary property
You want clarity before committing capital
You prefer a structured, strategic approach
Who this is not for:
You are want someone to send property listings
You are not yet ready to define scope, scale, or direction
You are comparing multiple countries and have not yet committed to Italy
